Every week for 12 weeks, you and a team of your executives will meet for one hour with an AddingZEROS facilitator.
Over the course of these 12 weeks, you and your facilitator will determine how your company performs in the Discipline of People. At the end of the program, you will have a clear and actionable plan that will have a measurable impact on the success of your business.
In between weekly onsite sessions:
We’ll discuss your business in depth, and how to apply the Discipline of People, or where it’s lacking in your business. You will make decisions regarding the actions and discipline that you will practice in your organization.
We will explore the mindsets that drive us ahead, and the mindsets that prevent us from succeeding as we should. We’ll cover big-picture mindsets, mindsets for personal growth and the fundamental mindset of creating organizational habits.
Under the guidance of your AddingZEROS facilitator, you will create a plan that ensures your organization will continue this process well after our time together is over. You will discover how to develop habits that are the hallmark of a company that is highly disciplined.
