The Discipline of Mission fosters stronger emotional connections with employees, customers, and stakeholders by improving your identifying your company’s core values, purpose, and how you will give back to the communities you serve. In this executive program, an AddingZEROS facilitator will guide you and your executive team through 12 weekly one-hour onsite sessions.

Every week for 12 weeks, you and a team of your executives will meet for one hour with an AddingZEROS facilitator.
Over the course of these 12 weeks, you and your facilitator will determine how your company performs in the Discipline of Mission. At the end of the program, you will have a clear and actionable plan that will have a measurable impact on the success of your business.

Under the guidance of your AddingZEROS facilitator, you will create a plan that ensures your organization will continue this process well after our time together is over. You will discover how to develop habits that are the hallmark of a company that is highly disciplined.
